These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the online store uk.deenintr.com, operated by DEEN INTR. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the site after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

02

Orders & Contract Formation

Placing an Order By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected items.
Acceptance A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email or dispatch your items — whichever occurs first.
Pricing All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are displayed before checkout is completed.
Availability All offers are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

03

Payment

We accept major payment methods shown at checkout (e.g. credit/debit card, PayPal, Klarna). Payment is due at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of payment failure or suspected fraudulent activity.

All transactions are processed securely. We do not store full card details on our systems.

04

Delivery

Delivery times and conditions are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be delivered within the agreed timeframe or, if no timeframe was agreed, within 30 days. If we cannot meet this, you are entitled to a full refund.

DEEN INTR is not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

05

Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, without giving any reason. Full details of how to exercise this right are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

06

Faulty or Unsatisfactory Goods

Within 30 days You are entitled to a full refund.
30 days – 6 months You are entitled to a repair or replacement. If neither is possible, you may claim a full or partial refund.
6 months – 6 years You may still have a claim, though you will need to demonstrate the fault existed at the time of purchase.
